Our Mission

Our mission and message are to establish a Christ-centered foundation that honors God, giving Him all the glory, and advocates for the lost voices of my family and mother. These include my nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and grandparents who lost their lives during the Vietnam War. Their deaths were not in vain, and their voices will continue to live on.

What We Do

We are a nonprofit organization that does not accept donations but instead distributes them to other charities that are close to our hearts. These charities help restore dignity and break the cycle of poverty. We support organizations such as TVF (Treasured Vessels Foundation), which helps the recovery of sex trafficked females, and Foundation For CHOICE (Consider How One Individual Can Change Everything), which helps low-income students finish high school and go to college, reaching their full potential.

We are rooted in the word of God, as stated in Psalm 75

“We praise you, God, we praise you, for your Name is near; people tell of your wonderful deeds.”

My Why

Turning Hardship into Hope

The name Community 75 holds immense significance, first and foremost, as a tribute to God and my mother. It serves as a constant reminder that we are not defined by our darkest moments, but rather by our inner strength and reliance. That we are still fighting, still holding on, still refusing to let the darkness consume us. That quiet defiance of choosing to exist, to try, to hope, is the bravest thing we can do with the right community behind us.

My darkest moment came when I felt like all hope was lost and ready to give up. I couldn’t afford $75 for college books and was threatening to abandon my education. I was alone in the attic, searching for what little I had to sell to pay for the books. To my dismay, I discovered that my sponsor family had gotten rid of all my possessions, as if I had never existed. But then, God intervened, bringing the right people and the right timing to bestow His blessings, making a way when there was no way.

Our mother, Dy, passed away when I was just five months old during the Vietnam War. She had made the ultimate sacrifice to ensure that we had a better life in America. Though she did not make it to America, one of the things she had passed down to us was to make the most of what we had been given, and that education was the way out of poverty. Education was something that could never be taken away. She could rest easy knowing all is not lost, that God had brought the right community of family in my life to live the American dream and be a good steward.

My vision is to foster a fellowship community of shared faith, spreading God’s message and sowing seeds of hope, ensuring that no one faces their struggles alone.

We were not meant to walk through struggles and moments of uncertainty alone. God created the Church as a community of believers to encourage, pray for, and strengthen one another in faith.

Surrounding ourselves with a community that supports and challenges us can help us navigate life and build confidence in God's truth.

“As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another. “

-Proverbs 27:17
